Android security patch update status

Someone please let me know the current Android security patch version (I am still running on September 2019). Is it normal or do I missed any of their updates. My Android version is still 9 only. Is it Recommended upgrading to the latest version 10 ???? if it recommended, then please let me know how can I do that.

And that android 10 is a public beta version and has a couple of bugs
If you're using this phone as a daily driver I'll suggest to wait for the stable update

You may update to this version by checking in Settings > System > Advanced > System updates.

Please make sure to backup your data before updating.
Steps of update:
1. Check software version of your device**
2. Download the image and then put the file into the root directory of the device internal storage
3. Only apply to same SKU update, Example: WW->WW, CN->CN, TW->TW.
4. Software update cannot transfer the software SKU and downgrade the software version.
5. Wrong SKU may cause update failure, please update the same SKU version only.
