unlock app not working

Unlock tool app doesn't work. I can install, then open the official app released by Asus for ZA550KL on the official download page, however after checked the two boxes and pressed the unlock button I get "Failed to unlock device, please try again later" (screenshot provided). I'm trying since 3 weeks ago but no way. The app 9.0.0.3 since 05/2018 is still there. I've bought this specific phone from Asus because I learned that an official unlock procedure with a specific app was provided. And now I'm stuck. The support is informed since 25th june 2019, but nothing was done. How can I solve the issue? Did somebody here succeeded?
