Dear Asus Support,
Please confirm when ASUS will officially release the Android OS update for "Asus ZenFone Live (L1) ZA550KL".
From date of this phone model release till now (19-Aug-2020), phone still running on Android OS 8.0 version.
And not received any official OS update from ASUS yet.

ASUS has no further maintenance for ZA550KL Android 9 (Pie) Beta version. If you prefer the system of Android 8 (Oreo), because your device is ZA550KL WW_15.07.X.X SKU, please try to downgrade by downloading Version [8937/O] Android P to O with microSD card. Sorry for any inconvenience it may caused.
