ZenFone 9 randomly restarts

Hi all,
I bought an Asus ZenFone 9 from the UK online store. I started to migrate the apps from my old phone to the zf9 and once I finished I started to use my new ZenFone 9 as my main phone. However, I noticed around 3 dso that when i wentato unplug a fter charging the phone it looked as if it has been restarted. I thought it was a software update that somehow just did that so I didn't pay attention but then it repeated again and again every day since.

I started paying attention to it and started trying to disable certain features to see if that made a difference: disabled mobile data, left everything on and now I'm on airplane mode with WiFi on.

I upgraded to the latest version that was pushed some days ago hoping that it would magically solve the issue but... it didn't!

I quick Google Search revealed that sadly this issue is not that uncommon, and has already happened in the UK and Germany to other ZenFone 9 owners.

Is this a hardware problem? Is there a fix or a patch other than simply perform a factory reset and keep seeing the same issue? Can please someone from Asus look into this issue?

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Scenario: use the phone as usual, leave the phone idle a few times a day, at some point, when you try to use the phone after it sat idle for some time you'll notice that it had restarted because you'll be asked to enter your password again and about/ status will show an up time of just a few minutes

I don't agree very much for 2 reasons, firstly because in the 2 Asus Telegram groups of which I am the administrator no spontaneous reboot report has yet been received, secondly because my device comes directly from Taiwan (it has all the writing in Chinese) and it is a 16GB and 256GB supplied to me in test by Asus Smartphone Italia. So I'm Italian, but the Zenfone 9 in my possession, in my opinion, is not among those intended for the European market

My zenfone 9 is bought on a page in Italy and the letters come in Chinese just like yours...

It could happen due to a lot of reasons, there is a new Qualcomm device in it, there are multiple new technologies that went into it for the first time. I also suspect that Asus didn't properly tested the phone before they started selling it, or their production line testing is not good enough. This is the reason that Asus should indicate if a SW fix is in the plan.
Personally I would guess that they work on it. If this is the case, then for legal reasons they would like to keep it quite and not admit anything on their side, either HW or SW related. It also the reason that I'm not sure that collecting logs is really needed, or it is more of stalling till they'll figure it out.

Question to the Asus folks on the forum - do you really need these logs? This issue seems to happen quite frequently, people have been complaining on this for a few months, and till now there was no way for you to repeat this in your lab? The logs that people collect here are the only missing piece to solve this?

It depends, if you really want this issue solved? Then yes, we need those logs.
This is not happening to every device and it's the only way for them to see what could possibly happen and what triggers it.

Little update.
The new ZF9 had just one reboot in 6 days. So, a good news but not enough.
So really strange.

I've decided to send back the phone and try another brand.
The phone has also some little bugs like proximity sensor with bad calibration; rotational screen that stays in horizontally.
The hardware is so good but it seems to be not the best software implementation and support.
