Promotion "Aktionspromotion Kundenservice"

After i have registered in to receive from a promotion chromebook on 09.08.2022 they didn't send me the chromebook, and didn't answer for my repeated emails that i sent to them can you solve this ? is completely not client friendly... and incompetent attitude...

For starters.
1.- This is a forum to solve issues with products, not promotions.
2.- Calling people incompetent surely isn't helping anyone here.
I would most likely read the promotion again and check so that you got the right contact and sent the mail to the right people.
Please follow the instructions of the promotion.
