In the last week, my phone started having this issue where the phone wont recognize that my SIM card is inside of it. At first, just doing a restart would fix the issue, but it progressed to where I had to remove the SIM, and restart the phone to get it to work, but now, it wont recognize the SIM no matter what I do. I've tried everything on the support page(including factory reset), and even getting a new SIM from AT&T, but nothing happens. The phone just says, "No SIM, Emergency calls only". Is there anything else I can try, or should I just look into getting a new phone?

Unfortunately ZenFone 9 is a problematic phone after android 14. I live similar problems last 7 months and I couldn't use my ZenFone 9. Had do buy other phone. Because I couldn't not communicating by the Zf 9. Asus don't give solution for many users.

Not possible to downground android version. Asus don t give way for downgrade. not damaged sim card tray. Asus don t interested with customer. Don t try to solve customer problems. I am not alone. many users could not use their zenfone 9 and other models. What kind of company ? very good prosessor, casmera, but very bad software on zenfone models_? and they don t develop their software. I will never buy Asus product any more.
