Have security updates ended for ZF9? And is this a serious concern?

I know that the ZF9 is forever stuck on Android 14, but my understand was that security updates were scheduled for 1 more year. Is that correct? Are there still security updates for the ZF9?

If not, is this something that I should be concerned about? It is a reason to upgrade finally?

That’s a valid concern. Security updates are a big part of long-term device value, and it’d be disappointing if they’ve quietly ended without clear communication. Asus should really clarify their support timeline for the ZF9  especially for those of us still using it as a daily driver. A simple statement from the team would go a long way.
