Can't access downloads on support tab in Asus Website

When I click "support" on this page (which used to take me to downloads for firmware and apps)

now takes me here:
https://www.asus.com/mobile/phones/zenfone/zenfone-9/helpdesk_knowledge/
Where are the downloads? Am I the only one? I have tried 3 browsers.

As a participant of the Android 13 beta program I received an email with these instructions. They also opened a thread with these instructions in the restricted forum for the beta program:

ZenFone 9 Beta program comes to an end and formal version of Android 13 has released to end-users on Dec 20. We appreciate all your dedication on this program! Please go to ZenFone 9 board instead to report your questions in the future. We will still take care of unsolved questions here and disable access of posting new threads (while you could still reply).

Here we would like to inform you that please upgrade your phone to 33.0804.2060.73 or newer, or you will not get FOTA of formal version in the future. If now you somehow do not get update of 33.0804.2060.73, please be sure to do it via manual update by using update launcher. Thanks.

I am sorry, but how is this related to the download page disappearing? There should be a page with all firmware files (old and new) and the unlock tool for the bootloader.

I do not know why they have removed the update from the web, at least officially...
The website removed the update from Android 13, but the web does show the rollback, unlocking and the latest version of Android 12.

I'm having the same issue. I can't access the Support part for my motherboard. It just redirects back to the main product page for the motherboard.
I've tried a few other motherboards and their Support pages are all working fine. It's just my motherboard (ROG B560-F Gaming) that isn't working.
Also tried three different browsers (Opera, Chrome, Edge) and same thing. I was able to access the downloads page through the My Account, Download Centre... but now even THAT isn't working. Just a blank screen, and if you refresh, I just get met with an OOPS! error message.
I'd say the website is rather borked and broken, but other motherboard product pages are working. Just not my motherboard and your phone.
