Why I cant  connected to 5G from my Asus Zenfone 9?

Zenfone 9 isn't sell in Indonesia officially so this might explain why.

Some operators use whitelisted device or model method that pass the certification. You have no choice other than switch phone.

Well, the fact Telkomsel didn't list Zenfone 9 that officially supported to use 5G experience. but technically already supports the 5G band in Telkomsel (n1 2100) based on section Network compatibility on this website: Asus Zenfone 10 vs Asus Zenfone 9: Comparison (kimovil.com)

So I suggest trying to meet nearby customer service Telkomsel and ask to activate my number to use 5G.

Here is the proof testing on my Zenfone 9, I can use 5G Telkomsel located in Bogor, Indonesia. 5G coverage near Salak Hotel

I hope this can solve the problem by meeting customer service Telkomsel and asking to activate 5G on your number.
