Smart key for flashlight not working

I have set up the Smart key for pressing the power-button twice to turn on/off the flashlight, but this is not working from a locked screen, but It works when the phone is unlocked.
When I press it I get the error message "Flashlight is currently unavailable", but if I use the flashlight shortcut in the notification menu it works (while in locked or unlocked mode).
This worked before but after some update it stopped working.

This seems to have been fixed (in my case with the camera).
Is it also fixed in this case?

Unfortunately this limitation will always be there as I reported the same issue before ZenFone 8 was released. CH has already stated the reason above. But there's another limitation/bug that works like a workaround that ASUS hasn't removed. If you press the power button multiple times, then there's a good chance that the flashlight will turn on anyway. It doesn't work every time but it will most times 🙂
