Slow Download Speed Using Wifi

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with download speed while using wifi connection in Zenfone 8.
Download Speed is so slow.

I also tried using Huawei Mate 30 Pro and got a normal download speed on the same wifi.

Apperantly, this kind of problem not only appears in Zenfone 8, but also in ROG Phone 5. https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/177770#Comment_177770
For now, the only solution is to change the channel width in the router setting from auto to 20MHz.
Is this some kind of ZenUI bug or hardware issue?

I do have same issue. Hope that this is only software bug, and not a hardware problem. btw, How do we officially report this problem?
