"This serial number already registered"

Hi guys,
I bought a great Zenfone 8. The problem is I can't register it.
When I try to register my phone, providing serial number I get "This serial number already registered".
I bought my phone brand new. Could you help me register it?

I think contacting support directly would be a better way to deal with this issue, it is not very suited for the public forums since it involves more or less sensitive info (serial number)

hi i have the same problem,, when i regiester in armoury crate and my asus app it said "your product already registered"
