Quick setting tile for Work Profile is missing

I used to have the Work profile quick setting tile in the pull down notification panel. After THe cleared my work profile, it was gone (that's fine). But when I created the work profile again, I could not get it back. I have searched all the remaining unused tiles and it's still not there.
How can I add it back?
