Add option to shrink screen past cutout point just like Google Pixel lineup

Dear Asus Devs. I've submitted a feedback weeks ago regarding on the stated about this.
Feedback number NO=A2205018607-0001
Some apps just won't behave correctly when there's a cutout.
It would nice to have an option like that.
In the developer options, the "Display cutout" option is hidden.
