How to turn off face beauty for video call ?

Hello! New Android phone user here.
Just tried video calling friends on my new ZenFone 8 Flip. Strangely, the face beautification for video call is always on despite turning it off on the camera app. Would anyone know how to turn it off, or if it can be turned off at all? I'm so weirded out by my facetuned face 😞

Can you please take a screenshot? Might be that you feel it has beautification because the image is a bit blurry?
