TikTok keeps installing without permission

Hi everyone,

As the title says, today I saw TikTok installed on my phone. I immediately uninstalled it and after a few hours when I random checked the phone again, it was installed again.

Zenfone 7 Pro, Android 12. See attachment for more info about sw version.

Any thoughts on this ? This phone isn't shared, isn't logged or linked to other Google accounts than mine

My zen8 INSTALL everytime Facebook app Even i dont use that.n Every Time need uninstall. That is VERY irritating. Dont know why that do that everytime when needed updates app Via Google play

Are you logged on to your Google account on another device that has the TikTok app installed? If yes, please uninstall the TikTok app on the other device and check if the problem persists.
 

Also, please verify if:

1. You have the Google backup function enabled

2. If yes, uninstall TikTok and backup immediately. (setting>system>backup>back up now). Then monitor if TikTok reinstalls again.
