Flip camera doesn't work

Hi,

My flip camera stop working, says to look if is something obstructing the camera and there's nothing. I've already tried to remove the cover, clean, restart phone. It makes sound but don't flip.

Flip camera doesn't work

Can you move the camera with your volume keys when you're in the camera app? If yes, then your motor is ok.
Do you have a screen protector? If yes, then remove that too.
If it's still not working, then please send it in for service
