Bootloader unlocking not working

Hi
I want to unlock the bootloader of my ASUS ZenFone7 Pro. However, the bootloader unlock app publish on ASUS page does not work. It just generate an error that unlocking is not possible.
What to do?

In the meantime I found the solution. I had to use the bootloader unlock app for ZenFone 7. The one for the ZenFone 7 Pro does not work!
