kk454347As long as the phone wasn't accidentally damaged, the warranty would be from the date of purchase from Amazon. So I finally purchased the zenfone 6 on Amazon as it looks like someone bought it and returned it. I was wondering how would I know whether the warranty is still valid or not? Also as I'm receiving the zenfone 6, is there anything I should look for to make sure the phone works? Thanks

LP_ASUSIs there a way to tell if the unit was used or not? Or simply from someone purchasing the phone and then changing their mind to return the phone.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/16641/zenfone-6

However, if you think you received a used unit instead of new, I recommend simply returning it to Amazon.
