I purchased the phone through Flipkart on June 7, 2020. It worked fine for a couple of months. After a software update, it rebooted numerous times and then completely stopped booting.
On calling the Asus Service Centre number - 18002090365 On giving the phone to a ASUS service centre in my city, the service centre told me that it is a motherboard issue.
Looking at the posts in this forum, it turns out I am not the only one reporting such symptoms having this issue.
Is this is a bug in the software update while trying to install a new firmware which is creating dead phones?
