Why full file of update .119 not available?

Your choice, but in my opinion v.119 was not as stable as v.110 what is more, battery usage too - better on v110.

But of course try it and tell how You it.

I can't confirm any of this. The only problem was with the certification and that was explained. Two days ago I updated to 121, again no problem, except slow certification.
