Do we have option to record screen other than gaming i.e. game genie, if yes kindly tell me where is that option.

Swipe down your notification panel check all your quick settings icon panel see if you see screen recorder option there
If not you will see pen like icon below brightness bar or arrow click on that pen like icon and swipe up screen recorder to quick settings panel
Here you go now just by tapping on screen recorder option in quick settings panel you can start your recording
