option for ultra wide angle and portrait mode gone missing. also the flip camera malfunctioning

the option to switch to ultra wide angle lens that was above the shutter button is no more. also the portrait mode is missing too. Option for switching to ultra wide angle is missing in the Pro mode too. And my flip camera is mis behaving by fliping back and forth continuously once switched to front camera mode. I tried factory resetting but the issue still exists.

as in the picture, y'all can see there is no option to switch to ultra wide and also no portrait mode.
