Notification issue!

I am from India. I am unable to get push notifications from apps like NDTV, The Hindu, Economic times etc news apps. The same apps push notifications when they are in background. I was previously using Samsung galaxy Note 8 and push notifications worked fine their. Also let's say for example's sake if my mobile data was turned off for 6 straight hours and even if the apps where not in background, as soon as I turn on the cellular data, these apps would push notifications for all the 6 hours.

Hope I am making myself clear here.

Kindly fix this.

Hi. Are you aware autostart apps in powermaster menu. Please check it and don't deny this app for getting notifications.

Just allowed it in power master for those apps. Will see about notifications and revert.
