Yah exactly incl vr service, which was missing and had to download. Pls give me a solution asap. Maybe everyone has this issue, need to check with people who have reset their phone

Unfortunately I didn't factory reset my phone since I start using it 5 months ago. I assume you are using the built-in Asus Launcher, did you try to clear its data, if it helps?
