There is annoying humming sound coming from ear piece at the first time whenever I play a song or watch a video

Yes it happens to me too.. And the sound quality of inbuilt speaker got worse during phone calls (distorted and metallic sound at max volume, decreased loudness level)

Can you please explain a little more. You say you hear it the first time. Do you have to close the app in between? Or restart the phone?
I haven't been able to duplicate this issue on my ZenFone 6
