[Bug Report] Quick Settings Toggles not reacting after waking up phone

I'm on the EU/Global ROM, running the latest firmware (.189). Quick setting toggles occasionally refuse to respond on the first touch/activation after waking up the phone from sleep. Toggles that seem to be affected are Auto-Rotation, Wi-Fi, Retract Camera. A second tap activates/deactivates them correctly.

I saw that bug too and put in the forum ....mods said to record the issue but once i pull the navigation bar to record everything works fine

Yeah, it's not very consistent. Will keep an eye out though. For what it's worth, the toggle will register the touch (it will glow) but it won't actually toggle.
