Asus improved so much this year imo
Innovative phones(Zenfone 6 and Rog 2),cleaner stock+ Zen UI 6,new zentalk forum(much better compared to the previous one),also much much better mods (who actually help out and solve queries), also update cycle has been pretty good on both Zenfone 6 and 5z as of now 
I'm excited for the future of Asus phones now,what they bring next(especially Zenfone 7)
Hope they employ a amoled (90hz preferably) in Zf 7 (I may very well upgrade to that from my 5z)
But still the LCDs Asus uses are top notch

I prefer LCD over amoled as amoled have screen burn issue.
