3rd party launcher keeps getting killed

I am using lawnchair launcher as my default and when ever I press home back it keeps getting reloaded. How to keep it in memory?

I think it's a bug with the lawnchair launcher. I'm using Nova launcher and I had no issues on Pie and it is working fine on Android 10 beta too.
