Frequency of Occurrence: when playing games and someone calls
APP Name & APP Version: Game genie, Mobile legends, Viber, Facebook Messanger


I still get fullscreen viber and Facebook messenger calls while playing in game which disconnects me from matches.
Please fix issue

1. Your current firmware version
Setting >System>About Phone>Software information
Is your firmware version WW_V16.0615.2004.126 (April)? If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?
2. Viber & Facebook version
If you try to update the both app to the latest version, reboot and reopen the apps, does the issue still remain? If it wasn't solved, could you provide me your Viber & Facebook version?

If the situation stays the same, could you please provide me the video of re-open Mobile legends with Game genie>open no alters>receiving message or calls?
