[ZE620KL] (A10beta V25) Earpiece's Sound Quality is Bad When Call Volume is more than 50%

Hi, After updated to latest Beta (v25) the earpiece's sound quality is Bad when Call volume is set to 50%++
The earpiece's sound is too loud and broken (not clear)
this happened every make a Call (Phone , Whatsapp Voice Call , etc) When "Call Volume" is 50%++
this also happened when play a music when "Media Volume" is 90%++

1. If you roll back to Android 9 or previous version, does the issue remain the same?
2. Have the device ever been fallen before?
Also, I have test my ZE620KL with the same firmware version, earpiece and loud speaker with 50% below and beyond, yet I didn't encounter the same issue.
