XernUpdates are still ON for 5z very soon you will receive a security patch update as well in coming daysDoes Asus ever say when they'll stop the updates or will the updates just stop with no further notices? At this point I'm just hoping for a stable Android 10, security updates not too worried but I really would like Android 10. (Might just be a pipe dream at this point)

amitgarde3I didn't specify last time but I'm talking about the Zenfone 5 not the 5zhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/35549/updates

Also Asus knows at this point android 10 on 5z is still not stable enough and they are working really very hard to fix various diffrent issues with 5z A10
So dont worry you will still receive updates for few more months
Thanks !

XernAre you referring to the 2GB RAM Zenfone 5? Someone I know has that phone and there was no update for last 3 years something. I don't think the phone will be able to handle latest Android with the hardware it got. Your phone might be already looking slow comparitivily speaking. You could consider getting a new phone from Asus.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/113032#Comment_113032

zsikkandherNo, the one that was released alongside the Zenfone 5z. The Zenfone 5 ZE620KL, since the 5 and 5z are different phones so support for them are different as wellhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/113118#Comment_113118
