UI Stuttering after new .87 update in 5z

Firmware Version: Latest .87
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: sometimes
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): System UI
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

UI is Lagging/Stuttering while opening apps, closing apps, switching between the apps, opening the all app Page and swiping up and down in page, switching between Home page and Google now page after updating new .87 patch. It doesn't lag much but you can feel the lag there wasn't before this update. Sometimes apps also lags while scrolling but not much as the UI. Please look into this matter and provide solution.

Guys try one thing:
Reboot to safe mode,use phone in that mode for 5 mins then reboot back to normal mode
I had stutter bug while accessing developer options but after rebooting to safe mode it has been solved 🤞

In safe mode UI feels buttery smooth. But after that it feels like I'm using a SD450 phone because of Stutter in UI frames.
Well I'm waiting for the optimisation update. 🙂

Yes facing same frame drops issue in homescreen scrolling and app tray scrolling!! Please fix this a Snapdragon 845 phone shoudnt be facing this!!

Guys Just do One thing Turn off all animations and then turn On again. The bug is with the Animation Speed Option.
I personally remove animation and then re enable it whenever I see any Fps stutter within The UI transitions. In blink of an eye this problem gets solved.
