Is your firmware version currently on the WW-16.0615.1905.100? The camera app is ver.4.2.11.1?
If yes. Please kindly help me restore the camera app for a check.
( settings > apps & notifications > see all apps> app info> camera > storage & memory >clear storage and cache.)
If this problem still persists, please kindly tell me where are your videos and photos save to (e.g. internal storage or SD card) and your system language.
