Security Patches ignored by Asus

This week Google has delivered the monthly security patch for their Pixel phones. The most recent security update distributed by Asus for the 5z phone is dated 5 January 2021.
How can Asus pretend to be considered a reliable manufacturer behaving like that? Security patches (and bug fixes!) should continue independently from the fact that two upgrades of the OS have been delivered for 5z. Does Asus understand the difference between evolutive maintenance and corrective maintenance? Basic principe of software development and engineering standards seems to be ignored.

Never thought that this type of behaviour will take place for a evergreen flagship phone from Asus i.e 5Z. Phone is almost perfect, but software isn't.

Yes, while we are not demanding anything new, we just want bug fixes.
This new firmware bought battery improvement but broke basic features which can only be fixed with an software updates because for mentioned problems i have tried all troubleshootings but nothing has helped and brings back bugs after few months of usage. Thats really annoying also few issues are kept disccusing from more than 8 months but no solution has provided.
This is really a sad experince as flagship owner!

I have provided bugs report regarding auto-rotation issue 2 times, see still no solution, Infact they have pushed few more bugs rather fixing it, like auto-rotation, double tap to wake up isn't working now, battery optimization is disgusting now, n it's happening after latest, we really isn't demanding feature loaded updates, but atleast a better update at last,which fixed all issues.
