Receiving phone calls stopped working after updating to Android Pie

Hi, I have an Asus Zenfone 5Z 6GB 128GB. After updating it to Android Pie from "Settings -> System -> System update" my phone stopped receiving phone calls. It still make phone calls and internet works normally. The only problem I've noticed regards receiving phone calls. I've resetted both "Wi-fe, mobile & Bluetooth" and "app preferences" and rebooted many times to no avail. Please, help. Thanks in advance.

Hi claudiohfg, Good day. (1.) Please turn on airplane mode > for 3 seconds > then turn off it. (2.) To try to use another different sim card for a check. If this problem still exists, is there any error message pop on screen when you encounter this problem? If yes. Please kindly show me your error screenshot. Does this problem happen if you use another different SIM operator? Thank you.
