Hi floryn_rooney96,
Have you enabled "location" permission on this app?
Waze app info > permissions > location.
Settings > Security & lock screen > Location > Scanning > enable both "Wi-Fi" and "Bluetooth".
If the problem still appears, please try reinstalling this app.
If the problem is still not fixed after this, please help us provide a screenshot of the problem and the Waze app version.
