Netflix playback reduced to sd

I just checked my Netflix playback quality and it had been reduced to sd. The widevine level shown is L3. My device hasn't been rooted and i haven't unlocked my bootloader. Please help me with regaining the hd playback

You can't on your own,you go to service centre ,btw all data will be deleted when you downgrade ,hope you understand
