Low Framerate and Sound error

While recording PUBGM via the in-built screen recorder , I experience low framerate(Gunfire is slow compared to usual, I noticed it while using the m416). It was alright at first but then has worsened with time. Moreover, if I switch on voice chat after the recording starts, the audio is severely distorted. It has completely ruined my plans to record my gameplay. Anybody else face these problems?

Everybody is facing it. Yet they won't fix it. It was there in the last update and it's still there. I was thinking they would fix it in this update. I can't even upload content since 2 months.
