Hi Christine😉. Your considerations are right...only, people here asked a "million" times whether Zenfone 5 will receive Android 10 or not, and when, if it will, but no one ever answered. Also a "We don't know!" would be satisfactory...but nithing at all! So, from time to time, someone gets upset and not very polite. Or sarcastic, like me. That's all! Have a nice day
