After the Android Pie 9.0 update my phone doesn't download any app or update in Google Play. It says "downloading" but nothing happens. I tried to clear all caches but still it doesn't work.
Another problem after the update is that I don't receive any notification in the status bar, but when I'm in an app like gmail I can see the notifications in the status bar until I close the app.
