We just tested we can record normally over 24 minutes on our ZS620KL here.
We would suggest that you:
- Check if your storage is full.
- Clear storage and cache of Game Genie: Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Game Genie > Storage & memory > Clear cache & storage.
- Check if it is happening on different apps.
If the problem is still appearing, please tell me the apps that have this problem when recording to Game Genie.
Show me a screenshot of your Game Genie settings: Game Genie > tap upper right three dots > settings.
Please tell me what is your storage location.
