Hello pipoyskey Good day. Does this problem only appear during playing the rules of survival? Is your firmware currently on the WW-90.11.162.72? (settings> system > about phone > software information> build number) Please kindly restore the app and reinstall it for a check. ( settings > apps & notifications > see all apps > rules of survival > storage & memory >clear storage & cache ) Thank you.

Hello pipoyskey Could I check with you again whether your device is ZS620KL? Does this problem only appear during playing the rules of survival? I don't find out this problem in the latest system version WW-90.11.162.72, rules of survival ver.1.281908.287078 on ZS620KL. Thank you.
