Does not run 60fps videos on Android 9

After upgrading to Android 9 the device stopped playing videos at 60fps in YouTube, Instagram ... On YouTube, for example, only the 1080p option appears at 30fps even if the video is available at 60fps for other devices

Please kindly restore apps and update to latest for a check. If this problem still exists, pleases show me your error screenshot and Youtube video link. Thank you.
