Hi. I've noticed that when I enter any games only 4 cores work and other 4 cores started to shut down. Is it normal? This cause lag in games.

Normal, the cores works in big little combination. If you play games, the higher freq core is going up, while the lower one shutting down. Try to turn on game mode. I think asus zen ui has it

Put the phone in performance mode. Your battery will die much faster but it will run smoother. You can swipe down your quick settings and find battery modes, then change the battery mode to performance.
