Since late july to early august, the camera can't focus on objects that are far away (such as landscape or cityscape) but it can still focus on objects that are close. This problem still exists until now (after many updates). And currently, my zenfone 5's software version is ww_16.0615.1912.115, the camera app version is 4.2.11.8_190808 and the camera can't still properly focus. Here's some photos that i have just taken:
