Camera app problem

When I open camera app then select video option icon then a error massage show and than camera goes to black like those screenshot shot. I can't record any video by camera apps .

Hi ifthakher668, Good day. Are your firmware currently on WW- V16.0610.1901.74? I would suggest you restore the camera app for a check. (settings > apps & notifications > see all apps> app info> camera > storage & memory >clear data and cache.) Please kindly also check this matter under safe mode. In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
