Bluetooth Problem

Hi there. I have a Asus Zenfone 5 and just bought a JBL Link 20, which I'm having problems to pair. I log in Spotify and each music finishes, bluetooth crash in a error that closes Bluetooth connection. Does any one can help? Have anyone experience this before? How do I fix it? Regards. Eduardo

(1.) Could you show me a video about how do you log in Spotify and each music finishes then Bluetooth crash? (2.) Does this problem only happen on Spotify? If yes. Please show me your app version.
