Hi! I'm using zenfone5 T00J-D for six years. My phone is android 4.4.2 kit Kat and can not update. I can not use most of the applications. Please help me! May be 6.0.1 is better. Waiting for your help . Thanks

Thank you of your asking. Please check our official website for firmware related information. You may notice that Android K is the last firmware version of A500CG. If you want to install custom ROM or root the device unofficially, you may check some forum of power users for more advice. Thank you.

Can you mention those app names which you are unable to update? and what is the error you are seeing on screen??
