Sometimes when I try to pull down the notification bar to see the notifications I can not pull the only way to get it back up is restart phone, I already tried clearing the cache settings and zenui launcher

I also have the fingerprint sensor enabled to pull down and open the notifications and even then it does not work does not always happen only if once in a while
